  • Sent to "152". This means sent to Chickering Store in Boston and nearly certain, based on the many shipping holes around the keyblock locations under keybed, that this was a Chickering-owned piano retained for concert purposes.

  • Soundboard is free-floating and suspended, resting on "pillars" and soundboard does not touch the case.

  • "Swiss Action", (meaning current Erard system used in most all grands now)
